When someone calls your 0871 number while you are out of the office or already engaged on another call, this service will divert the incoming call to your voicemail.
Busy Voicemail service is also available as an add-on service for

When your primary land line number is engaged or there is no answer after 'X' number of rings, this service will divert the incoming call to voicemail.
'X' number of rings - You can specify how many times your phone will ring before the call is diverted to voicemail, default number of rings is 4.

After your order has been processed and the service activated, you will receive:
- A dedicated 0845 number through which you will access your voicemail service.
- Your account access (PIN)
- Detailed instructions on how to access and manage your voicemail and voicemail services
Voicemail services include:
- Standard options for managing voicemail (play, delete, skip)
- Record your personal greeting announcements
For your convenience you can view, print and email these instructions from our on-line control panel at any time.

To order the Busy Divert to Voicemail service for your Non-Geographic Number:
- Go to "My Account" section of the website

- Choose the number or numbers for which you wish to order the When Busy Divert to Voicemail service
